Shipping and Refunds


Cheeky Rhubarb’s dispatch time is 2-3 business days excluding weekends and holidays. Cheeky Rhubarb uses Royal Mail for postage/deliveries. All delivery/shipping costs will be calculated at checkout using Royal Mail’s postage price.

Please note:

All international orders are subject to customs and duty fees as defined by the country of import. Customs and duty fees are not included in your Cheeky Rhubarb order and/or shipping total as Cheeky Rhubarb is not responsible for fees associated with import. All fees must be paid by the parcel recipient.

Cheeky Rhubarb is not responsible for any orders/deliveries that may be affected by customs, natural occurrences, transfers to the local carrier in your country or air and ground transportation strikes or delays.

Cheeky Rhubarb is not responsible for returned packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout. Modifications cannot be made to your order once your order has been dispatched.

Please note:

No right of cancellation, refund or return exists under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 once you have used your product, unless the product is defective, and you are returning it for this reason.

Any goods sent back to us without prior company approval will not be refunded, replaced or repaired and any costs we incur for this return will be passed onto the customer.

Sale items, promotional offers, bundles/gift sets, and/or any discounts applied at checkout are excluded from the refund process and are final sale.
